Moonaco Securities (Private) Limited started operations in October 2007. The Company is a TRE Certificate Holder of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited and is principally engaged in the business of stock brokerage. It was formed in August 2006 after the individual membership of Mr. Mahboob Husain Moon was converted into a corporate entity. Mr. Moon became a member of Karachi Stock Exchange in 1978. His other company, also known as MOONACO is a well-recognized and respected brand in the textile sector of Pakistan and has been operated by him for the past four decades. It exclusively represents leading European textile machinery manufacturers in Pakistan such as Truetzschler, LUWA, Saurer, Picanol and KARL MAYER. The machineries are sold across the value chain of the textile sector and are purchased by all the major textile companies of Pakistan.
